Mission and Background

Willow Health is a Fife, Washington-based, boutique administrator of employer-funded health benefits. We deliver custom, low cost, high-touch employer-funded health benefits for medium-sized businesses in the Puget Sound Region.

Willow Health was founded in 2015 by Continuant, a medium-sized company located in Tacoma, as a way to control its own skyrocketing yearly healthcare cost increases. After seeing years of cost savings and employee satisfaction at Continuant, Willow Health seeks to provide low-cost, employer-funded health benefits for local, medium-sized companies.
